- Sunday at 2 a.m. Daylight Saving Time begins in the United States, so set your clocks forward one hour before you go to sleep Saturday night! The phrase "Spring forward, Fall back" helps people remember how Daylight Saving Time affects their clocks. At 2 a.m. on the second Sunday in March, we set our clocks forward one hour ahead of Standard Time ("Spring forward"). We "Fall back" at 2 a.m. on the first Sunday in November by setting our clock back one hour and thus returning to Standard Time.

Lesson 9: “God Will Provide Himself a Lamb”
This Sunday, March 14th, will be the first time I have missed since taking over as the Cherry Grove Ward gospel doctrine teacher back in June of 2009. Not to worry... Sister Jenny Rebecca Mizukawa will be back and filling in for me with her wonderful gospel insights and amazing and bold testimony. She wants all of you to know too that she LOVES the Old Testament. So this week will be a special treat! A couple of important reminders:
